**When Adding this tour as an extension to the Greece tour – you will have the choice to add this extension at the time you book the main tour – there will be a $350 per person additional deposit to book this extension to the Greece tour – if you are booking Rome only, there will be a $500 per passenger deposit**
Rome Extension – Terms & Conditions
The Rome extension is offered as a land-only package that includes 3 nights in 4-star hotel accommodations and two half-day guided tours in Rome.
Please note the following important details:
- We strongly recommend arriving in Rome in the late morning on Thursday, November 19, 2026.
- The two included half-day tours are regular (shared) public tours operated locally in Rome and are not private tours.
- These tours are part of standard daily sightseeing programs available to the general public.
- The tours are not Christian-focused tours, and the guides providing these services are independent local guides and do not represent America Greece Tours.
In the event that a sufficient number of participants register for the Rome extension to justify a private group tour, America Greece Tours reserves the right to upgrade the touring services accordingly. In such cases, revised pricing will apply, and participants will be notified in advance of any additional costs.

Arrival in Rome
Welcome to Rome! The Eternal City and capital of Italy. Our representative will meet and assist you with your transfer to the hotel*. Lunch and dinner are not included.

Rome Vatican City (Aprrox 3.5 Hours)
Breakfast at the hotel.
Today we explore the Vatican Museums to admire one of the most important art collections in the world. Then proceed to the famous Sistine Chapel and St. Peter’s Basilica.
The tour ends in the city center; return to the hotel on your own.
Lunch and dinner not included. Overnight in hotel.

Rome Colosseum, Roman Forum and Palatine Hill (Aprrox 3 Hours)
Breakfast at the hotel.
This morning, we will visit the most complete tour of the Colosseum, Roman Forum and Palatine Hill. Discover the Palatine hill where Rome was founded at the beginning. Then reach the Colosseum the Amphitheater created
to entertain ancient Roman citizens with bloody shows of gladiators, animals and cruel games, is now one of the most fascinating landmark of the City. Then, walk on the original path of ancient Rome along the Via Sacra and see the Temples of Vesta, Antonino and Faustina, the ancient Basilica Julia and Aemilia and dream about the glorious past of the Roman Empire.
